Textile - Indigo - Cyanotype
Dans ce travail, textile, indigo et cyanotype s’entrelacent pour prolonger ma recherche sur l’impermanence et la transformation. Les matières textile (soie, coton ou fibres brutes) dialoguent avec les teintures à l’indigo, révélant des nuances sensibles. Le cyanotype, procédé photographique laissent sur papier des empreintes mouvantes. Ces médiums, sensibles et vivants, offrent des surprises et des traces, des présences fugaces entre apparition et effacement, en écho à la fragilité et à la beauté du transitoire.
In this work, textiles, indigo, and cyanotype intertwine to extend my exploration of impermanence and transformation. Textile materials (silk, cotton, or raw fibers) interact with indigo dyes, revealing subtle nuances. Cyanotype, a photographic process, leaves shifting imprints on paper. These sensitive and vibrant mediums offer surprises and traces, fleeting presences between appearance and disappearance, echoing the fragility and beauty of transience.
La vie en bleu
Une série textile marouflée, mêlant soie, coton et matières brutes, teintées à l'indigo selon la technique du shibori. Légèreté et fragilité s'entrelacent, dans une atmosphère aérienne.
A series of textiles mounted on canvas, blending silk, cotton and raw materials, dyed with indigo using the shibori technique. Lightness and fragility intertwine in an ethereal atmosphere.

Cette série de cyanotypes, inspirée en partie par des voyages en Asie où j’ai réalisé les photographies, explore le repos, la méditation et le temps suspendu. Figures de geishas, jardins zen et paysages apaisés se mêlent à des impressions nées de la lumière et du temps. Sur papier fait main, chaque empreinte capte la fragilité d’un instant, un souffle entre présence et effacement.
This series of cyanotypes, inspired in part by my travels in Asia where I took the photographs, explores rest, meditation, and suspended time. Figures of geishas, Zen gardens, and serene landscapes mingle with impressions born from light and time. On handmade paper, each print captures the fragility of a moment, a breath between presence and erasure.
Passages
Passages rassemble des pièces où les mediums se rencontrent. Papier, indigo, cyanotype, marouflage dialoguent dans un même geste. L'eau, la lumière et le temps deviennent des partenaires actifs. Ces oeuvres naissent d'un équilibre instable entre contrôle et abandon dans une recherche constante de l'impermanence de la perception.
Passages brings together pieces where different mediums converge. Paper, indigo, cyanotype, and marouflage engage in a dialogue within a single gesture. Water, light, and time become active partners. These works emerge from a precarious balance between control and surrender, in a constant exploration of the impermanence of perception.
